Wholesale Prices

To request to view wholesale prices, please email us at hello@spindledust.com with some information about or links to your business.

 

Freight  

We can price and arrange freight. Please see shipping weights on the Wholesale Linesheet if you wish to price yourself, or use an alternative method of freight. The cost of freight is payable by the reseller, as are any applicable customs duties/ tariffs. We can either air-ship or sea-ship from our manufacturer directly to the reseller. Shipping generally takes 3-5 business days by air, and around 3 weeks by sea.

 

Website/ Marketing Content

We will provide you with product photos, descriptions, answers to FAQ's to be used at your discretion.

 

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you have received product that is faulty, we will happily, refund, credit your account or replace the item.

 

Payment Terms

First time wholesale order invoices should be paid in full prior to the dispatch of stock unless agreed to. Future order terms will be negotiable. We accept PayPal and credit or debit cards. Please use your invoice number as the payment reference when paying.
